In 2016, Gary Tabke, owner and lead investigator at Tabke & Associates, Private Investigations, became aware of the number of assaults nationwide, perpetrated upon real estate agents while performing their jobs in the field. The statistics from the National Association of Realtors were alarming. Gary met with a number of brokers and agents to discuss the situation and to study their habits while showing homes and hosting open houses. The result of these efforts is a comprehensive "Realtor Safety Clinic", designed to keep agents safer and protect brokers from being sued.

Gary has presented to the offices of Keller-Williams, Berkshire Hathaway, Better Homes & Gardens, J. Rockcliff, Intero and a host of others. He also presented at the 2018 California Notary Symposium. No distance is too far to bring this unique program to you. The popularity and demand for these safety clinic’s has spread into a number of other areas of concern and resulted in Gary adapting the material for mobile notaries, women’s groups, teen groups and numerous businesses regarding employee safety.
